Tipping

Tipping is usual, but less costly than in most other countries. In restaurants, add 10% of the bill if no service charge is included; cloakroom attendants deserve a small tip; hairdressers expect 10-15%; porters have fixed charges but often receive tips as well; airport porters should be tipped about US$0.65 per item.
