Born in Glasgow, Colin Hutchinson lives in Edinburgh with his wife and baby daughter. Following a teenage year hitchhiking around Australia, Colin returned to graduate from Heriot-Watt and Glasgow universities, before turning a career in the media and further pursuing his passion for exploring and writing about his native country and other fascinating corners of the world.
