A beautiful Tuscan villa set amongst cypress trees and vineyards, a day or two marvelling at the art treasures of Florence and a lazy tour between historic hilltop towns like San Gimignano. No wonder Tuscany is one of Italy’s best-loved destinations. But wont kids find it too sophisticated? Or just plain boring? Not if the villa has a pool and you transform your cultural forays into an adventure trail of medieval streets to be explored, bell towers to be conquered and gelato to be sampled.
