Southeast

Although Ireland’s lush green countryside is often attributed to the rainy weather, it does have plenty of sunny spells and the southeast of the country is known to have Ireland’s sunniest climate. The region is made up of four counties – Kilkenny, Carlow, Waterford and Wexford – and every one of them has something to offer families.
